Posted by on October 05, 2009

The Partnership for a Secure America (PSA) is proud to congratulate the Summer 2009 class of PSA Fellows on completing the PSA Congressional Fellowship Program. Over four months they have shown commitment in attending a series of educational and professional development events that have built relationships and skills to promote bipartisanship in foreign policy. They have each completed a Final Project in bipartisan teams and received a certificate at this Graduation Ceremony to mark their
achievement.

Monica Sanders, Legislative Aide to Congressman Anh "Joseph" Cao, was one of 26 Hill staffers selected as a PSA fellow in the Congressional Fellowship Program. She received her certificate of completion on Monday, October 5, 2009.
